Thank you for shopping with Flight Deck Sports.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Processing times may be extended during product releases, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders through major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Flight Deck Sports.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Flight Deck Sports is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Flight Deck Sports is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen deliveries.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and file any necessary claims.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier immediately.

Customers should notify Flight Deck Sports within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of the package and contents so we may assist with any carrier claims when possible.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, memorabilia, and hobby products, Flight Deck Sports does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by law.

Opened products, sealed products, single cards, graded cards, memorabilia, and collectible items are not eligible for return.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are subject to manufacturer allocation, release date changes, and distribution delays. Release dates are determined by manufacturers and may change without notice.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.
