Flight Deck Sports Return & Refund Policy

At Flight Deck Sports, we are committed to providing authentic sports cards, trading card games, collectibles, memorabilia, and hobby products.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible and random-content nature of our products, all sales are final.

Flight Deck Sports does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Sealed trading card boxes, packs, and cases
Single trading cards
Graded cards
Trading card game products (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.)
Memorabilia and collectibles
Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
Opened products of any kind

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or an item that was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Flight Deck Sports will review each claim and may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when an error has occurred on our part.

Manufacturer Defects

Products with manufacturer defects may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty or replacement program. Flight Deck Sports is not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist customers with manufacturer contact information when available.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where Flight Deck Sports shipped the incorrect item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Flight Deck Sports is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Flight Deck Sports before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks submitted for orders that have been shipped, delivered, or fulfilled may be disputed using order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and other supporting documentation.
